Hazel Phelps is a functional ceramic artist from upstate New York. Hazels work blends simple forms, mixed with a combination of traditional glazes, to create work that is functional, yet beautiful. She has worked out of Wheel and Slab studios in Rochester, after graduation from the Harley School. Hazel as well will be a resident at Watershed Arts Center in Edgecomb, ME. Hazel sells work both as stock, and off of commission.
